The in-room air conditioning was sluggish, taking far too long to cool down!!! Also, I encountered an empty soap container and a malfunctioning USB plug. Noise disturbances from early cleaning staff were quite distracting!!!

Request extra towels ahead of time. they can get busy and it might take longer than expected to receive them.

Comfortable bed, great shower, the mattress and pillow were the most comfortable I have experienced in a hotel, and the fitness center made it easy to stay active during my trip.

It was just a nice choice for a brief stop-in in Lake Park with good value considering the price. The staff quickly provided soap and shampoo when we noticed the containers were empty. Be aware that the walls are a bit thin, so bring earplugs in case of noise.

Had a great time celebrating my grandson’s birthday at the theme park. The staff was friendly and even helped us change rooms when ours had a weird smell. They really made the experience smoother.

Extremely Comfortable Stay with Minor Issues

I had a wonderful two-night stay in a Standard King Room. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, allowing for a great night's sleep, and the hotel maintained a clean environment. However, one of the lights in the bathroom didn’t work, which was a bit inconvenient during the night.

The breakfast offered a variety of items, including freshly baked pastries and a selection of juices. The staff were friendly, always welcoming guests with a smile, and the facilities were well-maintained and clean.

The Standard Queen Room was really comfy! The beds were super soft, and the room was cleaner than a lot of nearby hotels. The air conditioning worked great, which was a big plus during our stay.
